Our Returns Policy
All of the products on this site are top quality authentic brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.
First, please call 0191 230 3629 with your order information (name, order date, and order number) to obtain a return authourisation number. Please also include a completed returns form (see below) with your returned items.
Please note, items returned without a valid return authourisation code will not be accepted.
As a service to our customers, End would like to point out that we cannot take responsibility for items once washed.
You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. If returning footwear please make sure the box is covered in an outer layer with no tape on the footwear box, and that the box is not damaged in transit. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service/ insured as End cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns. If the goods are simply unwanted, or pre-orders canceled, we reserve the right to charge a 4% restocking and handling fee. This charge is to cover bank and admin costs. Faulty goods In the event of a fault the goods may be returned to the manufacturer.
