How do I contact customer services?

You can contact End Clothing on +44 (0)191 230 3629 between the hours of 10.30am and 5.30pm GMT. Alternativly you can contact us via email at info@endclothing.co.uk. We aim to answer enquiries within 30 mins.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, call customer services on +44 (0)191 230 3629 and we will do our best to fulfil your order.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders the same day, assuming they are placed before 3PM GMT. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. This is usually a very quick service and most orders tend to be delivered within 24-48 hours, however on rare occasions delivery may take a little longer. If you believe there may be a problem with your delivery feel free to contact our customer services team who will be happy to help.

International orders are also shipped same day, by Air Mail, and take around 7-10 working days depending on where in the world your country is located.

How will I know End Clothing has received my order?

You can log into your account and view your order status at any time. To do this click the login link to the top of this page. When you are logged in, the login link will change to a view account link. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has been completed and dispatched.

How much does End Clothing charge for shipping?

All UK orders are charged at a fixed rate of £3.95. For international orders please refer to our postage and Payments section.

Is my package insured?

Yes, all orders shipping are insured to the value of the goods in the package.
