hi

i originally bought an XL size but returned it for a L size and the returns process was quick and no quibbles , which to me apart from the clothing range , is the most important factor in on-line shopping. I haves used sites such Hanon and a few others who's return procedure is not as quick and transprent and when you are spending 100's of £ sometimes its a pain.

Your description doesn't do it justice - the fabric is made in Japan. I notice a pattern of OL shirts made from cotton sourced in Japan being of higher and more unique quality. Comparing to other OL smalls, the cuffs are smaller, which is perfect for my woman, etiolated wrist - I do wonder how other blokes manage. Your description doesn't remark on the incredible properties of the fabric - soft but not flimsy, which insulates heat but breathes, so cozy and worth every dollar I paid for it.

Great brand and the ordering process was very straightforward. I thought the delivery costs were very reasonable given the carrier and the speed with which the item arrived.

I would suggest providing more accurate sizing information for these boots. They fit at least one size large. I was fortunate that I am already familiar with Yuketen so ordered the correct size (UK8 when I would be a UK9 in Nike), but people who are new to the brand could encounter problems.

I had been wanting to get these New Balance shoes ever since they were announced. After finding them on endclothing, I purchased them quickly and painlessly via the Paypal option. Everything was clear and I felt confident all the way through. A few clicks was all it took to settle the matter. And then a few days was all it took for the shoes to be delivered.

They are everything I had hoped for. They excel in comfort and they look extremely classy for a pair of sneakers.

Just great, what else can be added. Soft leather and sole are ideal for long time walking. If I could, I would never take them off.

These trousers were the first item from universal works that i have bought and have to say i'm really impressed with the product. The quality is really high and the price very reasonable. I would recommend thsi label to others and will be keeping an eye on their upcoming and future collections.

I ordered the trousers and paid a little extra for next day delivery, they did arrive next day but very late in the day which caused me a fewe problems to be honest, so in future i would probably never pay the extra for next day delivery but end clothing still remains one of my favourite stores in the uk and i will continue to shop here.
