Head of IT & E-Commerce - Silverlink - Newcastle upon Tyne

END. Is a dynamic, growing menswear E-commerce company (www.endclothing.co.uk) based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Head of I.T is an integral role within the company that requires a truly exceptional individual. The role will see the successful candidate assume responsibility for all the company’s current I.T systems, and all future I.T and e-commerce developments, including a full e-commerce re-platform.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for all the company’s current IT systems, including, E-commerce site, stock and warehouse system, store IT systems, third party integrations, payment gateways
  • Manage the delivery of the new END. E-commerce site
  • Manage the relationship with third party development partners
  • Manage the operational costs of the IT department, prepare budgets and monitor IT costs on an ongoing basis
  • Liaise with internal management teams to determine I.T requirements
  • Develop and implement and I.T disaster recovery and business continuation plan
  • As a member of the senior management you will be expected to report to the company’s board of directors on a monthly basis
  • Long term goal of building an in-house I.T and web development team

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Working knowledge of Magento Enterprise CMS
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft RMS / Dynamics package

Flagship Store Manager - Grainger St. - Newcastle Upon Tyne

END. is looking for an experienced retail manager to open its first Flagship Store. This is an opportunity to be ambassador for the leading luxury retailer in Newcastle upon Tyne. You should be a well rounded, charismatic and results driven store manager able to drive sales performance through your excellent leadership of people. Flagship Deputy Store Manager - Grainger St. - Newcastle Upon Tyne

END. is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of its first Flagship Store, to be accountable in the absence of the Store Manager. You should be a motivational leader at the forefront of the team, driving them continually forward.

Main duties:

Flagship Store Supervisor - Grainger St. - Newcastle Upon Tyne

END. is looking for a supervisor to manage its Flagship Store when the Store Manager and Deputy Store manager are not in the store. You will be trained on all operational procedure to open, close and operate the store, setting sales goals, delegating tasks and administering returns and credits. You will provide the link between the store management team and the sales staff, you should be friendly, hardworking and show great initiative which will in turn help the store and its management exceed its goals.

      Content Editor - Silverlink, Newcastle Upon Tyne - Full Time

      We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven and talented individual to join the END. web content team as a Content Assistant. The team are responsible for the development and implementation of all the content on the END. Clothing website. The successful candidate should demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, an eye for design and possess excellent time management skills. Previous experience of working in an e-commerce environment, experience of content management systems and a basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage.

      Main Duties

      • Editing, clipping and re-sizing product images
      • Optimising and publishing images for Web

      Stylist – Silverlink - Newcastle Upon Tyne - Full Time

      END. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic stylist to be responsible for the styling of all model images on the END. website and associated medias. You will plan and prepare outfit rails each day for scheduled shoots working closely with content, photography and marketing. You will be jointly responsible for the development of END. visual aesthetic, image quality and productivity.

      Main Duties:

      • To demonstrate an understanding of END. trends; to interpret these to a high standard whilst pushing the creative look and feel of each brand.
      • The planning and preparation of shoot ready outfits
      • To direct and assist in the dressing of models, fitting product for best fit
      • Input outfit lists into the back end of the website to create shopping links on the website
      • To work closely with photographers on shoot. Maintaining constant awareness of how not only the product looks on shoot but also on screen

      END. are looking for an Assistant Purchase Order Planner to prepare stock systems in advance of up-coming stock deliveries. This is an ongoing process of booking in products across the Company stock systems, creating and maintaining purchase orders in anticipation of future deliveries and liaising with suppliers to ensure accuracy and pricing of current stock.

      Main Duties:

      • The creation of product identification codes in line with supplier information across 3 integrated stock modules
      • The creation of Purchase Orders, for the stock team to access with ease, upon receipt of delivery
