Returns Supervisor

End has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to join the End Clothing Internet Team as a full time Returns Department Supervisor. You will be accountable for all returns to END. via the website. You will be responsible for converting as many of these returns as possible into sales by offering alternative options to the customer. You will ultimately be accountable for ensuring the highest possible level of customer service is delivered at all times.

Main Duties

  • To ensure the returns team deal with all customer requests in an enthusiastic and friendly manner
  • To develop and maintain the highest levels of customer service through effectively communicating with customers as to the status of their returns
  • Provide satisfactory resolution to issues created by stock oversell
  • To ensure all customer returns are processed in a prompt and efficient manner, within specified returns period over multiple payment platforms
  • Train the team to implement a thorough inspection of all returned items for signs of wear or damage
  • An awareness of potentially fraudulent activity and the relative action to be taken
  • Documenting returns via excel for archiving
  • Management of customer accounts

UI Designer – London

END. are currently looking for a talented website User Interface (UI) Designer to join their brand new team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and refining the END. website UI in line with our brand in order to create the best possible experience for our customers, and to increase sales and conversions. Candidates should be able to provide a strong portfolio of related work that clearly demonstrates their creativity and attention to detail.

Main Duties

  • Design website UI's for the END. eCommerce and mobile website
  • Work with key team members to constantly improve and evolve UI designs
  • Solve design and usability problems with a view to increasing website conversions
  • Generate ideas and suggestions of how to improve the website UX
  • Identify and design cases for A/B testing
  • Ensure all output is to the highest standard and in line with the END. brand

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years commercial experience in UI design for websites
  • Demonstrable experience in the fashion and eCommerce sectors
  • Experience designing UI's for use across desktop and mobile devices

PPC Executive – Marketing Team - Silverlink, Newcastle upon Tyne – Full Time

END. have a great opportunity for a PPC expert to join its Marketing Team and manage our PPC and shopping campaigns across all search engines. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in leading the strategy, daily management, operation and delivery of our PPC campaigns.

Main Duties

  • Define PPC strategy for the business

You will be responsible for supporting the manager in achieving the highest possible levels of customer service whilst driving sales within the department.

Main Duties

  • Push your team towards sales targets via service excellence.
  • Effective communication of industry and product knowledge including launch schedules, promotions and stock delays.
