Nigel Cabourn Hospital Jacket

For his SS12 Authentic collection, Nigel has taken particular inspiration from the clothing worn by the Desert Rats - British troops stationed in North Africa during WWII, under the command of General Montgomery. Many familiar pieces from previous Authentic collections make a welcome return, updated with new detailing, fabrics and colour combinations inspired by the Desert Rats.

Taking its inspiration from clothing worn by military medical staff during WWII, the Hospital Jacket is a three-button blazer design, made from an authentic military cotton drill. The jacket features vintage detailing including elbow patches and adjustable peak lapels with button and hook fastenings.
