Heritage Research USMC Shorts

For their Spring/Summer 2012 collection Heritage Research have drawn inspiration mainly from the 1960's - '70's, and in particular Vietnam war era counter-culture.

These shorts are based on vintage military shorts from the Vietnam war - often made by the soldiers themselves, who would cut off the legs of their combat pants to deal with the jungle heat. The USMC (United States Marine Corps) shorts feature three large cargo pockets and are constructed from a premium cotton twill, woven in England, with the iconic gold tiger stripe camouflage pattern.
