This crew neck sweatshirt is made from a heavyweight cotton jersey fleece, with a felted numeral patch on the chest, and a heavy garment wash for an aged look. The number 278 refers to Steve's famous registration number for the 1964 International Six Day Trials, in which he raced for team USA.
