Adam Kimmel Zip Hooded Jacket

A new brand for us this season, and one we're very excited to be able to bring you, is Adam Kimmel. Kimmel is a New-York based designer, perhaps best known for his often unusual and elaborate presentations, and his collaborations with such iconic brands as Carhartt and Supreme. Each of his collections has a unique theme, and for the SS12 collection Adam was inspired by American west coat surf wear. Taking these classic silhouettes and reinterpreting them in luxury fabrics, with garments hand-tailored in Italy, Kimmel has created a highly refined yet natural-feeling collection entitled 'Dark Surf'.

A refined take on classic rain slicker jackets, this lightweight parka from Adam Kimmel is constructed from a PU-coated cotton shell, to protect you from the elements. The jacket features a removable hood, with a collar lined in ribbed cotton knit, and a partial lining in a premium cotton/cupro blend. The contrast zip closure is covered by a brass snap placket, and the large patch pockets feature brass snap closure, and side-entry for your hands.
