Soon to arrive here at End is Saucony’s Spring/Summer 12 ‘Packer Collection’, a first-time collaboration showcasing the iconic Grid 9000 runner in four new colourways. The concept behind this pioneering shoe – which was first introduced in 1994 – was to create a motion control, high end performance running shoe that also offered maximum cushioning, a principle that remains the same today, with Saucony utilising an updated and improved ‘Grid System’ air cushioning unit at the heel. Aesthetically, each colourway represents a different facet of Packer Shoe Store’s rich history, with the Jersey based collaborators opting to have each shoe crafted from premium, coloured suede with ripstop panelling to showcase the Grid 9000′s classic lines.
Limited to just 350 pairs globally, the first two shoes from the collection are set to lauch Friday 1st June in the colourways shown above. In the meantime, if you have any further enquiries, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
