One of the longest serving brands here at End, Denmark’s Wood Wood have grown into one of the most respected names in European fashion and Streetwear over the years. Collaborating with the likes of Nike Tier 0, Adidas Consortium and more recently Ellesse, Wood Wood have forged a name for themselves as one of the true leaders in their field.

A great deal success is owed to their own label and the latest drop sees them approaching classic Wood Wood designs from new perspectives. An addition to the already hugely successful AW10 range, this mid-season drop includes a corduroy version of the Eland pant, three great new graphic tees, and an updated Jackson shirt and Chapman sweater. The design and finish is great and as usual the attention to detail is spot on, so with numbers this limited we’d recommend heading over to the Wood Wood Section before its too late…

The Ellesse by Wood Wood capsule collection combines the two brands different roots: Ellesse with it’s ties to the sport of tennis, juxtaposed with Wood Wood’s Scandinavian streetstyle heritage and love of the casual culture of Britain during the 1980s. The resulting collection presents an eclectic range of bold, yet distinguished designs in navy, white & grey and red & orange that toy with the iconic label and its inimitable colour contrasts. This collection is highly limited and celebrates both of these great European labels brilliantly.

We don’t use the term “our favourite Danes” lightly, but this is exactly the honour that we bestow on Wood Wood, who season after season manage to come up with some of the most striking and original designs around.

Part one of their SS10 range season is, as we’d expect, novel and forward thinking, the Madrid shirt and Lucca cardigan take classic silhouettes and give them some great, unexpected detailing. Of course the graphic tees and crewnecks that Wood Wood excel at are present in abundance. As per usaual the designs are as considered, witty and well-executed, and bound to prove as popular as ever.
