New Balance are currently striving to reinvent their lifestyle range, working their experience of craftsmanship and heritage design together with new, bold ideas.
The Feral Creations pack sees the 1980s ’99′ at it’s core. Asian sneaker megastars Mita Sneakers and Leftfoot both give us their own take on this classic technical runner.

Named ‘Crow’ and ‘Peacock’ these avian influenced designs showcase the shoe through the use of premium materials and novel finshing such as furs and patterned materials. The peacock has colour fade panels at the back and block grey at the front to represent the peacock’s tail. The crow is an understated affair, but no less effective, black on black with contrast materials on the panels to highlight the shoe’s brilliant lines.

This pack is highly limited and demand is already high. Keep your eyes peeled as of this Wednesday for this highly anticipated release.
As you will have seen from the video we posted earlier this month, the New Balance factory in Flimby is a comparatively small operation, run by a team of local people, many coming from families who have worked there for generations. It is no surprise then that shoes New Balance so loving create are seen as a benchmark not only in running, but in sneaker collecting circles. Utilising patented technologies and breaking boundaries for decades now, the Flimby Heroes have created a name not only for themselves, but for British training shoes as a whole.
An interesting video which takes a tour of New Balance’s UK factory in Flimby. The video takes a full tour of the factory, and shows the making of the New Balance 1300, from start to finish.
