We have received our first Autumn delivery from pioneering outerwear brand Stone Island. We have styles from both the black and white label collections, including the much anticipated Liquid Reflector Jacket. Thousands of glass micropsheres are sprayed onto the jacket, which is then baked to set the colour, and the reflective properties into the jacket. A truly innovative and individual jacket which epitomises the Stone Island brand ethos.
It’s with great pleasure that we can now bring you a closer look at the new sneaker collection from Pharrell and the BBC team. The sneakers are uniquely named ‘Nothings’, which perhaps has something to do with friend Nigo’s retail concept ‘Nowhere’? BBC have kept the design clean, simple and classic, and concentrated on the finer details to make the sneakers really stand out. The uppers are made from high-grade premium canvas, with the Billionaire Boys Club ‘B’ branding on the leather heel tab. The insoles have a vivid leopard print, and the sole unit is a custom BBC design, finished in vintage gum.
The Nothings are due to launch soon here at End, and will be available both instore and online.
It seems to have been an age since we carefully selected our first ever Stone Island order, ready for AW10, but finally, finally, the deliveries have begun, and the wait was thoroughly worthwhile.
I’m sure nobody requires an introduction to Stone Island, started by Massimo Osti in 1981, the brand gained huge popularity and respect due to the use of unique and ground-breaking manufacturing processes. The Sportswear Company created new fabrics with innovative uses, inspired by the vast Massimo Osti archive of military and naval pieces.
This Video Lookbook shows some of the key pieces for AW10, including the return of the famous Reflective Jacket – in this case the Liquid Reflective which uses a brand new process where millions of glass beads are baked into the fabric to give it these unique properties. The Ice Jacket also features again, in both Waxed and Non-Waxed forms, and these great ‘White Label’ pieces are joined by a great selection of Knits, Outerwear, Jeans and Accessories, all carrying the famous Compass logo.

The long awaited ‘New Amsterdam’ footwear collection by Mark McNairy is now available online and in our Hunting Co. store. The collection consists of six amazing styles, each with Mark’s signature red brick sole. We have the classic Derby Shoe in both navy and camel suede, as well as premium full grain brown leather. We also have the Derby Chukka in navy and sand suede. the final style is a stunning two-tone navy and brown derby shoe.
Luxury lifestyle brand Ralph Lauren was first launched in 1967, and has since become one of the most successful and recognisable brands in the world. The Polo range is Ralph’s original and most popular range, but it is not by any means the only collection to come out of the Ralph Lauren stable…
RRL was first introduced in 1993 as a collection of meticulously aged and rugged looking menswear inspired by the pioneering spirit of the American West. Vintage selvedge denims, flannel shirts, beautifully battered leathers and utilitarian styles which evoke images of hard-grafting ranch hands and tough-talking blue-collar workers are all thrown into the mix in a collection that is named after Double RL, the Colorado ranch owned by Ricky and Ralph Lauren.
The collection has evolved into a huge, vintage inspired celebration of Americana, using only the best quality fabrics and factories.
Previously only available in the US, Ralph and his team have now decided to launch the brand in Europe with a handful of select stores. We were of course very pleased when we got the call from the RRL team requesting that we view the collection. 6 months later and our first delivery of RRL has landed at our Hunting Co. store.

Fall / Winter 2010 sees Pharrell’s Billionaire Boys Club move into its 11th season. The brand is fast becoming a design classic, with iconic designs now appearing in each season. The season 11 collection has a distinct outdoor / workwear feel to it, with a fantastic use of materials such as denim, tweed and chambray. The classic tees and polos that have become so iconic are also present, along side a healthy injection of new designs.
The big news for the season is that Pharrell’s Ice Cream sneaker collection will be making a welcome return. Pharrell has taken the range back to basics, using premium materials on a clean simplified silhouette. The Ice Cream footwear collection will be available to purchase online from August, unlike all other BBC and Ice Cream products.
